The Volkswagen (VW) Scandal shocked the automobile world this week with the discovery that VW had intentional deceived emissions tests resulting in nearly 11 million cars world wide not meeting requirements pumping pollutants into the environment. The repercussion of these actions have seen the CEO resign along with suspicion cast on other car manufacturers.
Apple App Store Malware
Apple's App Store faced a security threat after multiple infected apps were distributed due to cloned development software. Multiple app makers in China found that they had been using a cloned version of Xcode that inserted malicious code into their apps with WeChat being one of the largest with over 500 million users worldwide exposed.
